For banks, brokerages, insurers, lenders and title
Your form. Completed from the trust.
Your customers are already bringing you trusts. Six Clerks turns each one into your own certification form, filled from the trust, reviewed by a lawyer, signed by every trustee and notarized on the right page, so your team reviews a finished packet instead of chasing one.
Onboarding a small group of institutions ahead of launch.
The problem you already know
Every rejected certification costs a customer conversation.
Missing fields, the wrong notary page, a trustee who resigned years ago, a whole trust emailed in when you only needed two pages. Our research found no two institutional forms alike across 272 we collected. Your customers feel that, and so does your operations team.
Your own form
We map your current certification once, field by field, including your policy overlays and execution rules.
Lawyer review
Every file is checked against the trust before signature. Hard stops are escalated, not pushed through.
Complete execution
Every currently acting trustee signs. Notary blocks are completed for the right state, including remote notarization where you accept it.
Stays current
When a trustee dies, resigns or is replaced, we prepare the updated certification so your file stays accurate.
How we map your form
A playbook for every institution.
For each institution we build a written playbook: what each field asks, where to find it in the trust, the common errors, and a flag for each. Hard stops end the workflow until a lawyer resolves them.
- Hard stops: the submitter is not a trustee, the trust is not a standard revocable trust, a foreign trust, or the trust lacks the powers the transaction needs.
- Pre-flight checks: amendments and restatements, a real trust rather than someone else's certification, all trustees living and acting.
- Escalation tree: who decides what, and how your team is told.
- Issue log: every exception recorded, so the playbook improves with each file.
The third path
You never have to hold the trust.
Today an institution has two bad options: read the whole trust itself and take on what it reads, or accept a thin certification and hope it is right. Six Clerks is a third path. Attorneys who represent the trustee read the trust and complete your certification, in your format. You receive exactly what the statute contemplates, without collecting the private dispositive pages your team never needed.
Read the whole trust
Slow, expensive, and you now hold a family's private estate plan.
Accept what arrives
Missing fields, wrong notary pages and outdated trustees reach your back office.
Your form, from the trust
Completed by the trustee's attorneys, every field and signature, under Cal. Prob. Code § 18100.5 and its counterparts.

Request a form-mapping call.
We price per processed certification, with volume terms. Send us a few details and we will set up a call.
Do we have to change our form?
No. We map the form you use today. If you later want to change it, we remap it.
Who reviews the trust?
A lawyer reviews every file against your form's requirements before anything goes to signature. Files that hit a hard stop, such as an irrevocable trust or missing borrowing powers, are escalated rather than pushed through.
Who do the attorneys represent?
The trustee, not your institution and not Six Clerks. Enumero Law is a separate law firm led by Six Clerks co-founder Neil Peretz. It represents each trustee under its own engagement letter, reads the trust and completes your certification from it.
What can we rely on?
A certification of trust signed by every currently acting trustee. In California, an institution that relies on a certification in good faith is protected, and you do not need the provisions that say who inherits (Cal. Prob. Code § 18100.5). Many states have a similar rule.
How does a packet reach us?
The way you specify: your form, your execution rules, your delivery channel. We map that once and every file follows it.
How is trust data handled?
Trusts are uploaded once by the trustee, and you receive only what your form requires. We will walk your information security team through our controls on request.
How is it priced?
Per processed certification, with volume terms. Talk to us about your volume and we will quote it.
